Delicious food and very friendly staff, but unfortunately a waiting time of 2 hours. Maybe only due to the pandemic (Covid19) but still a bit too long in my opinion, so unfortunately only 4 stars.
Super delicious food, ALWAYS fresh and an explosion of taste! Very friendly owner! Everything perfect! THANKS
Very tasty food and large portions. Gladly again :)
Totally delicious and friendly supplier!
Very tasty, a little hotter than the average, better to ask beforehand.
Super friendly service and really delicious food!
Authentic Indian Food; for us the best Indian in Mainz! Super friendly and attentive staff, we always feel very comfortable and welcome.
The best Indian in Mainz. Very tasty, good prices. Staff very attentive and friendly. Always my pleasure.
Delicious food, good cocktails ?, pleasant atmosphere ... highly recommended ..
Very good service, very child-friendly !! The Mango Lassi tastes delicious !!
I'm always happy to be there for lunch. Price-performance ratio is definitely okay. The service has always been friendly and attentive and the food has always been delicious.
Very good, authentic and freshly cooked Indian food for every taste from mild to spicy. The very tasty naan is homemade, not, as is often the case with competitors, bought packaged in an Asian market and then baked (recommendation: Garlic Naan). The chutneys / dips, which are served as an appetizer with the papadam before meals, are also very tasty in the combination of yoghurt-minty, mild, sour-hot and sweet. The service is extremely friendly. Definitely a place to take someone out for dinner and the prices are moderate and more than reasonable for the quality of the food. Conclusion: Absolutely recommendable!
Friendly staff good food and reasonably priced
That was delicious and delivered on time And friendly groups
Freshly prepared authentically seasoned food, absolutely delicious and very friendly, attentive staff. Ambience true to style and very clean. Thank you very much - we'd love to come back!
Worst indian food we ever had. Samosas were 100% frozen, and fried in old oil. Chicken Tikka was bright red with coloring and just bad taste. Mango lassi, something that everybody gets right generally, they saw the necessity to put in so much yellow colouring that our tongues turned yellow and was over the top sweet. How this place is in business is beyond me. Not recommended. Go to Metro and buy whatever you want. It will be cheaper and atleast won't make you angry.
Great food, nice staff. Gladly again!
Excellent food, very authentic and great service - it will definitely not be the last time
Was very good, we had soup, starter, main course. Everything was very tasty, prices okay.
Great food, very friendly staff
The food tasted good, had the right temperature and came at a reasonable pace. The allocation of places was cool, but certainly not rude. There was nothing to complain about the cleanliness. However, the waitress was too brisk for a cozy get-together and not just eating everything quickly. It was good, but it can be done better.
Good food. Good value.
Best India food in Mainz. A bit expensive but worth it. Good service.
If you can't survive without Indian food when in Germany...this is the place to go :)
Loved the Biriyani at their place and good customer service.
Service was good just that the mutton biryani was a little too salty for my taste.
Overpriced Indian. These guys have no idea what they're doing. Mango lassi with a splash of yogurt (it was basically mango juice), butter chicken that tastes like tomato soup, and saag paneer without the saag. And then they charge you like you just ate at a Michelin starred restaurant. Thanks, but no thanks. Time to try out another Mainz Indian...
Best Indian food! Spicy and authentic. They're really willing to customize dishes etc
Very quite and peaceful location. Nice and friendly staff. I was looking for specific Indian dish (Paneer tikka masala) but it wasn't mentioned in menu, so I asked staff member if they have it. He said no they don't have it. So we started leaving restaurant letting them know that we are looking for that dish. Luckily the owner was there who was Indian and said we can prepare any Indian dish you want. Our staff might not be aware sometimes so if you need something special just ask for chef and let him know. So we stayed and ordered our special dishes. Food was very nice. I have small baby girl who started playing around and messed up few tables but staff didn't complaint and said don't worry we will clean it up. Prices are bit high but if you want special dish with good quality then it's worth it. Would definitely recommend to try this out. Thanks chef and team!
Great food, service a little slow but worth the wait.
One of the best Indian restaurants in Mainz with lunch menu!
Absolutely the most delicious and authentic Indian cuisine I have ever tasted. Bonus: and very friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.
Delicious authentic Indian food
Good place for Indian foods ....
Amazing place for truly Indian experience.
The food is good but a bit pricey. Staff is friendly. There are some seats for outside sitting as well. The ambience is like any other Indian restaurant. Menu has a large varieties of dishes to choose from. Reservation is not required. The music is soothing which include old Indian songs (instrumental) . Food arrived quickly.
Love the food here. The lamb curry and mango lassi of the place is amazing! A must have!
Enjoyed the traditional khichdi dinner, specially ordered for our group by our guide Anjali Desai. Oh yes the mix fruit sweat dish-shrikhand or whatever you call it...
Good
The indian resturant in Weisbaden area... the food is decent indian very close to the actual taste.
Awesome place to have Indian Food in Frankfurt
Food and service are absolutely satisfactory. Typical Indian ambience. Were there for lunch. The prices at lunch are even fairer than without. Drinks are quite expensive, but I can still recommend the restaurant without hesitation.
Service to be improved! Looong times without attendance. The vegetarian dish i had ordered was mixed with an other one that contained meat. Food is ok (if you obtain the right one) but service is poor. Will not come back.
I’m not a big fan of ‘dining out’ on Indian food outside of India. Mostly because they turn out to be major disappointments. I didn’t go to this place with plenty of hope. But with the limited choices around, my wife and I decided to give it a try one day. That was over a year and a half ago. Since then we’ve eaten there 3-4 times. Although my first experience wasn’t great, it wasn’t bad either. I must say that since then I haven’t been really disappointed. In my latest visit though things took an unexpected turn so much so that I can now say that I would certainly return there again. Their ‘naan’ has always been good; recently I tried the veg biryani, which was mind-blowing, and the matar paneer was delicious as well. I was impressed, and therefore can recommend the food, although I can’t promise on the consistency. The service has always been prompt and friendly, so they earn their points in that department. Having said that, I can not recommend their mango lassi. What I had wasn’t lassi, it was something else. I’m not a big fan of their interiors either. But it is what it is!
The food is delicious and the ambience is very soothing. We ordered the vegetable biryani and daal tadka. The taste was surprisingly very home-like. The food arrived much quicker than what is the average in Indian restaurants. The only thing we didn't like from our meal was the tomato soup, which was very obviously not made from fresh tomatoes. Also another peeve, unrelated to food, was finding a parking spot near the restaurant. So if you're driving there you may have to spend some minutes looking for a spot or park a length away from the place. All in all, great food and great ambience.
Decent place to try some Indian fate. The naans and side dishes were quite good.
Authentic Indian cuisine. Great service.
Very nice restaurant Service is excellent.
Being an Indian I must say the food is not even close to real taste. Everytime I come with expectations but go back disappointed. For the kind of food that is served here, one would not even have it for free back in India. Overpriced and most of the curries I tasted are pathetic.
Had a lunch here. They have a dinner special - one of the main dishes + soup of the day. Everything was nice and fast. Few tables outside - perfect for the summer.
